Deborah Lewis has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years. She was born and raised in Cincinnati, Oh. She holds degrees in Business Management and Accounting, as well as a Child Development Associate (CDA)  credential. Deborah has also served as a council woman of the Village of Arlington Heights.

Ms. Lewis has owned and operated Little Steps Daycare Center since 2011. She's also hosted several community events throughout the Cincinnati area (Easter Egg Hunts, food and clothing drives, yards sales etc.) and has volunteered for many community agencies.

She believes it is extremely important that the children in the community are surrounded by a strong supportive family oriented, safe, enjoyable, and fun learning environment.

We will continue to nurture, cultivate, and love every child that comes into our centers by strengthening their Steps as they grow.

I have had the privilege of being Chief Operating Officer of Little Steps Daycare Center (LSDC) since 2016. I have been in the ECE field for over 10 years, with 2 years as PPSGC President. My dream has always been to work with children since I was a little girl, I believe “It takes a village to raise a child”. 

For the past ten years I have enjoyed sharing my skills and experience in Business Ownership, Health Care, Insurance, and Software Development with not only our students but with the parents as well. We are not just a childcare center at LSDC we are a family, where together we continue to strengthen their steps as they grow.
